What is the total cost, including installation?

In general, you can expect the cost of installing an in-ground pool to start from $55,000. This cost includes excavation, pool shell, plumbing, filtration system. The cost of permitting, decking, fencing, landscaping, and other necessary components are determined by the scope of the work.
How durable are fiberglass pools?

What maintenance is required?
Maintenance of a modern day pool can vary from as little as 15 minutes per week to 1 or 2 hours, depending on your choice of equipment, cleaning tools, and water chemistry products. Most of the pools we install are designed with minimal maintenance in mind providing you with the most efficient equipment and tools to minimize the work and maximize the relaxation!
What warranties are provided?
Manufacturer warranties are available for most industry leading brands.
Latham Fiberglass Pools: A Lifetime limited Warranty on the structure as well as the pool finish
Latham Steel Pool Kits: A Lifetime Limited Warranty on steel kits.
Latham Liners: Up to 25 year Limited Warranty 5 year full, 20 years prorated
Pool Equipment: Each manufactures offers warranties for their pool equipment and the warranty is unique to the brands and products. See manufactures websites for details. Please refer to the specific brand. Elite Pool Builders only use professional quality pool equipment – Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, Zodiac, and Raypak Pool Products.
Pool Installation Warranty: Each of our builders/installers is an independent company. When you enter into a contract with them they will provide an installation warranty. This is specific to the work they are providing per the purchase agreement that you have with them specifically.
Are there any potential limitations or restrictions on installation?
The limitations and requirements are specific to your municipality. Things to consider would include local zoning and building codes, property size and layout, environmental concerns, utility lines, and budget constraints. We will help you understand these factors in the very early stages of the process.
How long does it take to install?
The installation time can vary based on factors such as site preparation, weather conditions, and the size and complexity of the project. However, generally:
- Fiberglass pools are quicker to install. The installation process typically takes around 2 to 4 weeks from start to finish. This includes excavation, delivery and placement of the fiberglass shell, plumbing and electrical work, backfilling, and finishing touches such as decking and landscaping.
- However, Vinyl liner pools will take longer to install because of the many stages required in advance of filling the pool. The installation process takes around 4 to 6 weeks. This includes excavation, construction of the pool structure (often using steel or polymer walls), installation of the vinyl liner, plumbing and electrical work, backfilling, and finishing touches.
It’s important to note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on the specific circumstances of each project.
